I love bagels so much. I don't eat them so much because they're so heavy and I have a wedding coming up (that wedding being mine). Carlos' does some solid bagels. And they do exactly what I want! Everything bagel, toasted, with vegetable cream cheese and jam. Just typing it out my mouth is foaming. We also got drinks and they weren't bad either! But the bagels, the bagels were top notch. They run quite the operation there!
