Slurp Ramen
10 year anniversary! Pretty cool, pretty big for any restaurant. They deserve kudos for that. It seems like a place that does truly appreciate and love ramen, Japanese cuisine. From what I heard it's a husband / wife operation, the husband's Japanese, the wife's white. I think the wife actually thanked us when we were siting and was just, super jubilant. Besides the crowded line and the quick sit-down (barely waited), the food was decent. The ramen really wasn't much to fawn over. The tantanmen is what I got and I got karage chicken. Broth was good but nothing tantalizing. I always love the ramen eggs. The dumplings were weak, the edamame the average, good. Our favorite thing was I believe the chicken teriyaku buns. That was delish.
